Magneto Vs Coldcast

Similar powersets. Both excellent energy manipulators. Who wins?

The reason no one is responding is because no one knows who Coldcast is. We can read his bio, but we don't have a good list of feats.

Based just on what Wiki says about him, Magneto wins 10/10.

Oh. Sorry. Well he's messed up Superman. Manipulates matter at a sub-atomic level. Coldcast also survived immersion in the sun. IIRC, he also went near the core. My memory's pretty shady, though.

I think this could go either way.

Coldcast i haven't seen in a long time, well id say it could go either way. i have more confidence in magnetos ability to optimize the usage of his powers in a high level conflict than Coldcast so i lean towards magneto for the slight majority.

magneto is the man no matter the incarnation..

I know him and who he does, and I'm not exactly sure of the outcome either. He's a very high power energy manipulator that can deliver extremely powerful blasts, and works under more spectrums than Magneto. If Magneto doesn't completely 100% shield himself from one of Coldcast's 'biological EMPs,' then that's the ballgame.

On the flip side, Magneto has more experience and magnetism lets him do stuff that energy expulsion doesn't. And his defense is quite excellent- Coldcast can do an energy shield, but Mag's is better.

Hm, thinking about it, and reading over Coldcast's stuff, his power does take 'charge,' and after a really big attack he can only do lower-level stuff for awhile.

Some chance he overwhelms Mags with a really high-power blast, but 8/10 Mags.
