Death Note/Umbrella Academy Crossover...input, please!!!

Hello again.
I know that a lot of you hate Gerard Way's new comic book, but I happen to be a fan and I'm thinking of making a Death Note/Umbrella Academy crossover story thing...
So...here's who's who:

Professor Monocle: Ryuk (human)
00.01: Raito Yagami
00.02: Matt
00.03: Misa Amane
00.04: L
00.05: Near
00.06: Teru Mikami
00.07: Mello

Input? Comments? Angry screamings? I know that Mello and Matt should switch roles because of their personalities, but...

(BTW, this is in Anime because Death Note is an Anime....)

it might be a good series.......i like the whole death note umbrella academy crossover thing.....but whats the plot??

Oh, it's going to be basically The Umbrella Academy: Apocalypse Suite plot, only the charaters/names/etc. are going to be changed. And if I finish that, I'll probably just start making up plots since the second series doesn't come out until later this year, so yeah.
