Man-Beast was pretty bad ass in his day...

Cosidering he fought Jesus AdamWarlock and Hulk back in the day I think ManBeast has a good shot of winning almost every time. If all else fails he can just hypnotize them into killing each other.

Wikipedia said his strength is spider-man level, I think its a little more than that.
