He beat down Booster Gold in H2H

Once dodged an arrow,ran up to the bowman and started strangling him with the bow.

And he once went a round with Aquaman and did Ok iirc.

Booster Gold has a huge strength advantage against Joker? Was BG depowered, or something?

Nope,he was in his suit,and had to fight two normal human thugs before hand,and he may have been groggy,but Joker beat him down,Rip hunter had to pull him back to the timestream to save his life IIRC.

Heh,he smacked Booster in the head with Skeets at one stage.
