Well he really hasn't done anything, his beat feats are killing Fing Fan Foom and downloading all the information from Chile, but I would still give the majortiy to Iron Man.

However, if this was classic Machine Man and when he got the upgrade I would give him the majority. Nextwave version seems like a major downgrade then anything
