thanos decides to have another crack at (dp)tyrant.this time hes teamed up with some former allies.

this is a hard one.....does tyrant have a soul?

Tyrant will imo go down but it will be no easy match for Thanos Team, and there will imo be casualties on his team, after all Galactus backed down from a fight with Tyrant, if these beings threatend Galactus he would most likely laugh.

Thanos can probably beat Tyrant on his own since he's had an upgrade since then.

Didn't he get like two upgrades after the battle IMO not enough to defeat Tyrant.

And given that, consider how well Tyrant did against Galactus in their last fight. Galactus was badly wounded and didn't even manage to beat Tyrant. A hell of a lot better than post-orb prepped Thanos did against Galactus later on.

This would be a huge fight considering who's with Thanos - a lot harder than when Tyrant easily defeated the heralds/BRB/Gladiator/Ganymede/JoH team. But unless Tyrant has a soul (he may not, being artificially created), and he can't resist the power of the soul gem, IMO this is still likely to go Tyrant's way.

Thanos only won because of Tyrant's enchenment ball, and since Thanos doesn't got it now, Tyrant wins.

This is SO silly, people talk about how thanos only won because he had an ENHANCEMENT that he took from Tyrant. Yet they neglect to mention that Tyrant himself took power from all those Superhereos before Thanos even go the Orb for him.

Not to mention that Thanos once again (Odin Skirmish) did not imploy his shields which is a clear indication to me that he wanted to test himself.

According to his plans he won the 1st encounter(got that which he seeked) and I belive that he will win the second as well, assuming that is what he actually wanted to accomplish.

Either way gaining power is what Thanos does. It isn't new or unexpected
it's just that his Major upgrades are temporary. Wasn't one of the purposes of lobotomizing The Fallen One to gain access to his unlimited supply of Dark matter energy.
