Johnny Cage is in Chicago doing a remake of the film Running Scared.
And no, it's not the Paul Walker film, but rather the Billy Crystal-Gregory Hines buddy-cop flick.
With his co-star Marcus Ray Black (a parody of Michael Jai White), Johnny is preparing to shoot the car chase scene along the city's L line.
However, Kim Kaphwan crashes the set. Turns out that Johnny had a previous match with Kim, only thing was that Johnny had bailed out atthe last minute to help Liu and Kitana during the Edenian battle.
Seeing this as an insult, Kim is on the next flight to Chicago and after searching, finds Johnny at the airport. Before Johnny can explain himself, the fight ensues.
