Elaborate on standard equipment pleaz.

Blade wins.

Well Blade has his katana, Mack-10, and assorted projectiles. Bullseyes has...well whatever he normally would have on the street.

I'm gonna say Blade mainly because of the uzi, but Bullseye would win a few.

Yea, the gun may be a bit much but he normaly carries it so I chose not to exclude it.

Even without the gun I'd still go with Blade 7/10.

I'd think Blade would wipe the floor with Bullseye. Vampires tend to be far faster than humans. Blade could conceivably make Bullseye seem to move in slow motion.

Doesnt Blade also have some resistance to firearms?

He's been shot before and it didn't do anything. He's also stood in open flames without any problems.
