Both of ther show's are trtend to be canceled but the network head's come to an agreement wich ever hero wins in a flat brawl to the death can keep ther show for 10 more seasons

Probably Tick. His durability really hasn't shown limits to itself.

Neither has Freakazoids.

To be honest, I can't say who would win this. But damned if it wouldn't be hilarious to watch. hysterical I love Freakazoid.

Also Freakazoid is desperate to keep his show, he has greater determination in this match.

even though freakazoid was pretty much crazy, he's still smarter than the tick and could probably convince him to beat himself up.

Freakazoid ftw. He had more "looney toon" powers.
