Who wins, and why?

Magneto, rather quickly, because...well vader is made up of a lot of metal, mags crushes him in his suit without having to get close.

possibly or Vader could crush Mags throat (with the force) before he gets a chance. Vader after all can sense thoughts and perceive the future. So I would have to give him the edge. 7/10

Vader would use the force to block Mag from doing anything and at the same time Vader would be able to force choke and use his lightsaber against Mag. The Force is too strong

Magneto would destroy Vader.
