It's apparent you never read the Exiles comic featuring Sufer.

Exiles = alternate reality.

I have (although I must admit it has been awhile) however I was under the assumption that characters on this forum fought to the best of their abilities, and were not be-fitted with CIS or am I mistaken?

He ain't no 616 Surfer, and we can't speculate on that.

Alt reality = Alt reality, not 616.

Educate me then, what difference in power level has been shown on-panel from an Earth 616 and 552 Silver Surfer?

Yet Exiles Surfer was able to catch Gladiators punch with ease, a punch that produced enough energy to be considered a white-out. Norrin would likely do the same to Teth Adam, and cut him in two like he did to Glads... OMG here we go again!
