Most everyone knows who Hiei is but I'll just give everyone a little reminder in case anyone forgot anything
"Other than being a master swordsman, Hiei is also lightning fast, able to move much faster than human and sometimes demon eyes can follow. He is a master of the Kokuryuuha, or Dragon of the Darkness Flame, which he tamed and summons from the Demon Realm for his use through the tattoo on his right arm
He possesses an implanted third eye in the middle of his forehead, called a Jagan, said implant amplifies all his natural powers, and enables him to summon both the hell-fires of the Demon Realm and the tamer, but still dangerous, fires of Human Realm. At the same time, it grants him several near psychic abilities, such as: Hypnosis, Telepathy, and Remote Viewing powers. Yet, despite all this, Hiei must hide it behind a special sutra enscribed strip of cloth he uses as a bandana, because despite it being a part of him, the Jagan is a sentient being and has a mind of its own and needs to be kept in check by such items."

Solomen Goldsmith
Now I had a little trouble finding info on him but I shall do my best to inform you on all I know about him and put up everything I found
The fourth Goldsmith Brother, Age 110: (appearance age 28)
Solomon Goldsmith is the CEO of Cinq Flèches Group and is Amshel Goldsmith's younger brother from his original human family. Before becoming a chevalier to Diva, Solomon had hopes of becoming a doctor towards the end of World War I. Amshel basically forced him into becoming Diva's servant, by stabbing him in the stomach. This was, in Amshel's words, so they could "share the same blood" and become a real family.
He can turn his arm into what seems to be a sword but it's apparently stronger than steel since it broke a sword Saya was using in one episode, and
He has the ability to change into his Chiropteran form (Seen at 4:24 through 4:40 in the video) and apparently can change back into his human form at will , he happens to possess extraordinary speed, strength, and supernatural healing abilities and can heal almost instantly from any non-lethal wound. The only easy way it really seems a Chiroteran can die is by Saya's blood as how Solomon died when cut accidentally by Saya's sword coated in her blood. He then crystallized in Amshel's arms shortly afterwards. He seems to have a pretty gnarly healing factor as his arm has been severed a few times and he just puts it back on and then one time in a battle with Haji, had a fairly big hole put in his stomach by Haji and yet as bad as it bled it didn't really seem to affect him as he still ended up getting the upperhand on Haji as the fight went on.

We'll be using the Hiei from around the start of the Dark Tournament saga. Which means he can only use his "Dragon of the Darkness Flame" technique once...I'm fairly sure he could win if it connected..but that's the thing..could he manage to hit Solomen with it?
I wanted to see who would win between these two cause they both seem insanely fast, and I've always thought Hiei was pretty cool and Solomen is my favorite character from Blood+ so who better to put against each other!
