This months Cap but the news has been floating around for months. Its not the real Cap. Just the Winter Soldier wearing his suit until he comes back.

Right now Bucky has taken up the mantle but the transitions has been beautiful. They didn't half ass it and most feel comfortable now that Bucky is Cap.
