Out of the others, it has to be Doom all the way.
Oh, what about Dr Colossus? He was the super villain that shared a cell with Montgomery Burns in the "Who killed mr. Burns?" Simpson's episode.
There's also Dr No (Bond), Dr Octopus, Dr Evil, Dr Death (NWA wrestler), Doctor's Fate and Strange (I know they are good guys, but still), and my favorite, Dr Nurse... a schizophrenic transvestite (ok- I made him up, but he is pretty cool).
Am I missing any Doctors?

PS- I really don't know Invincible (a shameful admission for such a comic book geek)- who is he?

ther are very few battles that doom, actually losses you must understand that when you actually add DOOM to any list of combatents.
