Dormammu actually looks kinda cool to me- surrealistic and odd.
Loki - very cool.
The Baron posing like Uncle Sam picture always looks goofy to me.
Anyway, the winners:
1) Mephisto (assuming he isn't jobbing).
2 & 3) Loki and Dormammu kind of look like a draw to me.
Baron Mordo can't even hold these other guys jock straps... he's dead in a blink of an eye.

Yes, in most conventional ways he is, I agree. But Mephisto can't truly be destroyed... he is a universal constant, a force of nature, if you will. As long as evil exists in the universe, so does Mephisto. Not sure how you can really win over someone who cannot be destroyed. And Mephisto has plenty of mystic power- don't underestimate him.
