Wow, that is one of the best renditions of wonder woman I've ever seen Loki looks cool too. I'd say WW.

Loki. He's a greater god. She derives her powers from gods. Yes she has beaten a minor god in her early days (one created to be killed by her) but nothing on his level. Plus he's a master of magic, warping reality at will.

Wonder Woman has an uncanny resistance to magic, yes?

Which is why I would probably give Wonder Woman a full majority here.

Unless Loki's reality warping can affect her, or he uses his instant teleportation very well, she is going to beat him.

Circe would one shot Loki any given day of the year. Wonder Woman would whomp Loki.

Now that I think about it, we're going by the last loki that had showings. Which was Ragnarok Loki.

as much as I want to say Loki wins here, Wonder Woman has too much going for her. plus she has fought and defeated gods before.
