Electro almost effortlessly destroys him. Has Static done anything remotely close to Electro's capability? I may not be the most knowledgeable Electro/Static Shock viewer, but I know enough to put Electro leagues above Static.

Static has awesome feats

1. Pretty much unlimited electrical absorption
2. Much greater variety of power usage
3. helluva lot smarter then electro

Static has managed to knock out people with 1 finger
