Classic Kingpin probably manhandles him (if he did in fact have superhuman strength on par with Spidey). Current Kingpin would get thrashed hand-to-hand, but could pull off a few wins with the right weaponry.

What's the difference between Classic and Current?

Classic Kingpin has managed to knock around Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Captain America, and if I remember correctly, he had a few strength feats to back up the Class 10 speculation.

Might work. The Monster was beaten in a fight by an extremely strong human at least once so the old Kingpin is in with a chance.
