i've heard people say Cain was weakened during the Onslaught arc
not jus "we're pissed 'cause he was pwned" weakened
there is supposed to be some actual in comics evidence he was
is this true ?

Juggernaut was in an alternate dimension that severely drained him of his powers. While there he was easily cut and took other injuries. This happened in Malibu's run on the "All New Exiles". Then he was tricked by one of his team mates that sent him home. He practically ran right into Onslaught who tore the gem out of his chest with his index finger and thumb.
