Repulsed by seeing a picture of Doc Ock's hair due - Freeze says: "The Iceman cometh, Octavius. The Iceman f u c k i n g cometh." After a couple of days of the good doctor fleeing for his life Freeze catches him and rips him in two.

Freeze is gotten pretty good with his trigger fingers. The Doc will have to be very swift with his tentacles or Freeze will frozen them in less than a second.

Fight could go either way.

Distance is pretty much everything thing in this fight, up close Doc Ock wins, but anywhere out of Ocks reach and Freeze takes this...unless Ock can dodge all the shots of the gun, and I doubt he could.

While yes he does get beat by punks like the punisher, he has also had some pretty crazy feats.

Mr. Freeze also had a fair share of crazy feats, too.
But c'mon, Doc Ock against Mr. Freeze?
What could Doc do against a sharpshooting wacko. Plus, he's got range. And I mean a damn long range.

If the battle starts with both combatants at a fair distance apart, as per standard KMC battle rules, then Otto doesnt have a chance.
