Note: DD says "I know you're are missing me unpurpose." DD states how when he shot him before he was using tranquilizers but this time hes using real bullets. Punisher could have shot him but did not want to shoot an innocent. That is a win for DD but only by circumstance.

Punishers fights DD again. DD is doing better but Frank actually doesnt do that bad at all. This fight defintely does not put DD miles apart from Frank in skill because Frank shows some skill too.

Before you start telling me that its Einnis, all Frank did was push DD out of a window and use his body weight to mess him up, well within his capabilities. If you want to argue that it was just cirumstance I can give you an example where Punisher could have won but DD was lucky because of cirumstances below......

Noteid DD plan for the bullet to bounce off the ground into Punishers leg? Nope. Notice how Frank is on the floor in agony (despite the fact he has taken worse damage) and just manages to barely miss DD. What would have happened if Punisher was in no pain and standing up, the knife would have hit DD in the head. Also bare in mind in their second encounter Punisher could have actually beaten DD as mentioned before.

Sorry cant get the last link as an image had to settle for URL instead. Anyway it explains that Hulk had eaten 30 pounds of high explosives and a micro-detonator. Frank exploded the explosives in his stomache and made him revert back to Banner. On the outside it would be nothing but on the inside it was too much.

DD may not have planned it hitting his leg, but he did plan for it to clog the barrel which any semi intelligent individual knows it has a good chance of injuring the person firing it. There are a view more Punisher Daredevil fight if I am not mistaken and in one of them Punisher does pretty well, I will see if I can get scans of it. That still does not change the fact that it was pure chance that the bullet him in the leg. It was chance and not DD, if the bullet had just gone into the ceiling the fight would have been a whole lot different.

Why would he have got kicked in the head if he was throwing knife and it barely missed in a more difficult postion. Anyway to tell the truth I dont want to really get into it a discussion about the scans though, maybe when I finished

While I don't want to express it the same way that Sado22 has, yes please. No more questioning the presentation of the scans unless there is some clear error or wild mischaracterization of the way the feat is presented. Enough time to debate the finer points of the scans in the versus threads.

There are still more Punisher vs. Daredevil fights out there surprisingly. I remember one of the earliest comics I ever read was Daredevil #293. The story was called 'A Bullet For the Punisher.' I only remember the beginning of the fight where Daredevil snags Punisher's sniper rifle from the roof of a circus tent? and they both go tumbling. Anybody know it or have scans? It had a great teaser cover:

Phantom Zone, post some scans from the MAX series. Not necessarily against superheroes, but I seem to remember there were some hardcore feats in the old Punisher Respect Thread on Superhero Chat, so they would be pretty cool to see again. *shrug*
