The catch is, your team has to be atleast of near-equal (above/below) characters,
for instance, you can't place 3 herald level cats as your one character,
it has to be somewhere around my 3 individually. (it's only fair fellas)

So ...

Silver Surfer's power cosmic (that amazing speed)
WWHulk's strength/endurance (that awesome healing factor)
Gamora's agility/fierceness (that combat mastery)

as ONE entity ...

Hmm... I'd go for:

* Exiles Proteus (low level reality warper)
* Exiles Morph (so no body decay, plus alters body in any way he sees fit)
* Exiles Sabretooth after getting boosted by that universe's version of Galactus (so having the power cosmic - enough to rip Surfer to shreds, herald level durability, and Sabretooth's raw animal like combat ability and instinct).

hmm, I read that Surfer doesn't have fighting speed nor reactions so I think my team would win quite handily.

Superman = speedblitz + combo + strength
Storm = complete control over weather, lightning, atoms and electricity
Juggernaut = indestructible, unstoppable and infinite stamina

THE REAL SSJ monster! 😎

Btw. This is current upgraded Silver Surfer,
and didn't pre-upgrade Surfer fight Redshift in light speed mode? If I'm not mistaken.

Blue Supes vs that upgraded SS, I just don't know, that's up for debate,

sorry, couldn't resist making a sarky post. I didn't mean what I wrote, just that certain forummers spout off rather illogical and ridiculous claims for their favourite characters ("Superman speedblitzes Surfer", "Storm = Phoenix level", "Juggernaut = indestructible, unstoppable..."😉 and so ..

anyway, to be serious I'd say:
Dumb Drax+Juggernaut+Doom

reasoning:
Drax = power and speed to match or nearly match Surfer + Hulk
Juggernaut = damagesoak, magic of Cyttorak
Doom = exploit both the above to create a phenomenal beast ✅

either that trio-as-one or

Thanos, NightCrawler and Doom
Thanos = power, intellect, durability, teleportation
NightCrawler = faster teleportation and agility and ability to use it in battle (compensate for Surfer's speed advantage, if he is faster than Thanos)
Doom = ruthlessness and tech to meld with Thanos

* The Runner (Elder, incredibly fast, good fighting / energy manipulation and endurance, mental manipulation)
* H/P Doomsday (able to evolve on the fly while fighting, snapped Superman's arm like a twig, incredibly tough)
* The Champion, but using his full fighting skills instead of trying to fight like his opponents. After spending billions of years learning to fight in every different style imaginable.
