Batman actually is a really good dancer. So is Hal:
Bruce goes dancing all the time in his billionare playboy routine. He has to. And Hal used to take Carol out dancing like, once an issue. He still goes dancing pretty often. I see him doing a mean samba or tango. Batman probably has more of like straight up ballroom skills.
Clark, in my imagination, cannot dance: Louis probably can, but Clark going up always had trouble with girls and I imagine he's not all that self-confident on the dance floor.
I've never seen Wally dance. I imagine Bart could probably dance pretty well though.
