Her power doesnt only work on mutants, shes affected Hulk and most recently Mr. Sinister, neither of whom are mutants. Regardless a penance stare from Ghost Rider would be extra effective against Rogue, ending the fight quickly.
That's true, but they are mutates, I doubt she could drain the power from a spirit/angel.
Rogue has her limits, beings of super immense power like Skyfathers, demons, spirits, and basically anything on the upper hierarchy for power either cosmically or supernaturally cannot have their powers taken by a mere mutant like her. GR has only gotten stronger and more powerful in recent years, and besides, a spirit of any kind can't lose their powers unless its by some sort of supernatural means, like sorcery or what not.

Rogue HAS drained a weakened Mephisto before, however his power was still so ridiculously high that after multiple attempts he was laughing in her face.
