why did they insult him and treat him like that ?
i know Bane was pissed about him not continuing the Rule of Two but what was up Andeddu's ass ?

Lt. Valerian
They did not believe Darth Krayt to be a true Sith. They considered him a 'pretender' because he did not follow the ideals of the Sith, and most of his followers were only weaklings, not worthy of being considered Sith.

Darth Exodus
Plus wouldn't you be pissed if you where stuck in a holocron for 4000 yrs.

Ivalice
I think partly due to him abolishing the rule of two.

Captain REX
While Bane formalized the Rule of Two and established it as the norm for the Sith Order, it had unofficially been instated since the beginning. There was always the Master, the Dark Lord of the Sith, the head of the organization. Whomever he trained was typically the Apprentice. For example, Darth Revan and Darth Malak. Though they led an army with Sith amongst the ranks, they were the big shots.

Not to mention that Darth Krayt's rulership of the Sith slightly resembles the Brotherhood of Darkness in that all power is seemingly shared... which results in the Sith being fairly weak as a whole. There may be strong individuals that come to the fore, such as Kaan and Kopecz and Bane in the Brotherhood, or Krayt in the Rule of One, but generally the average is very... average. Unimpressive for the Sith.

And so, Andeddu and Nihilus and Bane, all supporters of the Sith being strong and possibly some form of the Rule of Two, looked down upon Krayt and thought him to be insufficient and unimpressive.

DarthLazious
Yep.

Dark-Jaxx
Because some ugly jackass woke them up after a 4,000 year sleep whining about how he doesn't want to die when they are already dead. And he's a poser claimin their shit. smile

Darth Exodus
Good point. That would irritate me too.

They were simply jealous. The dark side has corrupted them so much, that even after their pathetic lives they can't let it go. Besides, Darth Nihilus wasn't even a sith himself. He was a pathetic wound in the galaxy and was later taken care of by a fallen jedi. I simply don't understand, why they have him here. He wasn't even a true sith himself. he should have kept his mouth shut.

And Bane? The rule of two... What did those two achieve? Nothing! They lived in the shadows afraid of jedi, afraid of the light and conscience.

Only as an order of many, striking from shadows at uneven odds for the jedi and younglings could the Sith conquer the galaxy. Darth Bane failed, so did the others. Sith could do nothing, only a fallen jedi could. Lol! Pathetic.

123KID
um Nihilus was trained as a Sith on a planet full of Sith knowledge and is recognized as the DLOTS after Revan and Malak

Galactic domination and the eradication of the Jedi Order

as "many" the Sith got their asses handed to them repeatedly by the Jedi and the Republic

Darth Krayt's order however succeeded. Took control of the galaxy.

The Bane's "rule of two" is nothing but hiding. They should rather die a natural death than attempt this philosophy of failure. Palpatine only siezed the power in his hands for a short time. The master lives in constant fear of apprentice killing him. What happens, if the master dies prematurely (killed by a jedi) and the apprentice is still too young and most of the knowledge of the sith is gone for good with his master. The rule of two dies then.

Better make an order with historians, with all eventual crap to ensure someone and some knowledge survives in case some powers destroy them (like it happened with the jedi). The jedi had always some planets with hidden knowledge in case of emergency.

Darth Krayt did the right thing. It doesn't mean I support the sith, I hate them.

What happened to him afterwards? He didn't comprehend shit. Travelled through the galaxy in a dead ship. He was barely able to "see", that somebody had already broken into his tower. He destroyed the galaxy, he did not conquer it. Kreia tells many things about that idiot, which he was.

123KID
and in the end Krayt and his order will be destroyed

indeed just like Marka Ragnos did
then Sadow came out of hiding and he and his forces got assraped

several decades of which he so thoroughly eradicated the Jedi that people didn't even believe in the Force anymore

the Sith are far more aware of their history than the Jedi are of their own

he traveled the Galaxy and ensured whatever Jedi remained could not gather

he knew several Sith powers but his knowledge and hunger for power was just too great

is he supposed to have some fly tripped out space vessel ?

he didn't care enough
he was kinda focusing on the huge battle going on and the prospect of destroying Telos

he destroys everything because that's what he does
there is nothing about the Sith that says they have to conquer shit
at the heart of the Sith is the desire for greater power and no one exemplified that better than Nihilus

Elite Hunter
Not to mention that Bane's rule of two was the first order to have complete control of the galaxy. Not Marka Ragnos/ Naga Sadow's sith empire. Not Exar Kun's Brotherhood of the sith. Not Revan and Malak's sith empire. Not the sith triumvirate and certainly not Kaan's brotherhood of darkness. And the rule of two is still on the being played about by Caedus.

Darth Exodus
Thus Banes obsession with Holocron's.

You have to admit, Holocrons are useful for that. smile

However he hasn't managed to destroy the Jedi, and were it not for Rolan Fel He would have gotten nowhere. The only reason that Palpatine failed was because he was too obsessed with large-scale weapons, but over-looks a tiny opening which leads into the reactor core... That and his apprentice ended up turning on him.

The rule of two doesn't allow the dark side to be deluded by the weak, It forces the sith to grow stronger with each passing generation, unlike Kahn's brotherhood and Krayt's order, which allows the weak to out-number the strong, which will, in the end weaken the order as a whole.

Hiding, Holocrons, Tomes, etc. As long as the master records the majority of what he knows, then the apprentice can teach him or herself.

The point of the rule of two is to keep the Dark side strong. With multiple sith then the dark side becomes deluded.

Dark-Jaxx
With multiple Sith, as history has shown, they will all kill eachother off, Bane saw this, and made the Rule of Two.

and Nihilus would kick Krayt's ass for the record.

Kapton JAC
If Nihilus was hungry, he would just eat Krayt.
