Darksied/Thanos vs Jla/Avenger

The jla and avengers consist of the top members, not all of the entire team. Could this team take down the might of the titan. This is thanos with his upgrades and this is a non jobbing darksied.

Jla consist of:
Flash
Superman
Wonderwoman
Martian Manhunter

Avengers Consist of:
Hulk (not wwh)
Thor
Hercules
Wonderman
Sentry

Now thanos and darkseid alone has taken out gods easily and has crushed planets (i know of thanos crushing planets) with ease. Do you think that the duo could take out a team of such power.

The jla is outnumbered, but I think that they still win this. But thor will pose a problem.

How can Thanos or Darkseid face two uber powerful foes at once (especially ones that are equal speed or faster)? For example, Thor and
and WW could fight Thanos. This ends up with Thanos getting lassoed.
Then Superman and Thor pummels Darkseid to a pulp. Who needs the others?
