So I needed to reinstall my whole system due to viruses. Rather, Best Buy did. Operating system, drivers, etc.

Everything's peachy now except for the fact that I have no sound. When I try to install the audio drivers I get a message saying no Sound Blaster hardware is installed on the cpu. Hardware.

I'm not an expert, but I went into the tower and it appears to be hooked up correctly, and my cables and such are obviously correctly aligned. Any troubleshooting deals with driver installation (software) rather than the card itself.

Any ideas of what I can try before I go b*tch out Best Buy? Because generally when I have a problem like this they find a way to charge me money, and I'm not about to give them more.
