Does anyone know about Kate Potter? She is staying at my house tonight and on Tuesday because my mom (who is also a yoga and fitness instructor) is hosting her Orlando workshop for the second time now.

Well, I know some about yoga because I tried to do it every day. I appreciate it, a lot.
It seems that a lot of adults are swarming to the foreign arts & spiritual practices over our culture but also to bring balance to some of their personal life.
