The following competitors are trying to find out who is the fastest, to do that they will compete in A) a race and B) a reflex test that will send them attacks at increasing speed until they can't block/evade. List the results of said contest.

captain america hasnt shown me anything yet that would make me think that he is over wolverine in speed. A scan would be nice.
