I don't know Sersi to much, so, here's a gauntlet to gauge her

1- Spider-Man
2- Wolverine
3- Iron Man (current aka Extremis)
4- Juggernaut (current aka Classic)
5- Hulk (Current aka WWH)
6- Thor
7- Silver Surfer
8- Doctor Doom (with one half day prep)
9- Dr Strange (Classic)
10- Thanos
11- Odin
12- Destroyer (with Odin inside)
13 and final step - Galactus

Your list is a tad off... Doc Doom shouldn't be nearly that high.

That being said, she stops at Thor.

She gets to Surfer at best
