Ok BloodScream is fighting full potential and wants to kill his opponet. The fight takes places in Disney World on it most bizzy day. Combatants start on earth side of the park.

Who is the least powerful hero who can defeat him given this scenerio.

Also Wolverine, Maverick and Deadpool are not permitted.

Im not very familiar with bloodscream...but if he's anything like Morbius, Spidey can win for the majority
