Didn't Surfer already beat Mangog by being so good and noble, Mangog shrank away into nothingness from touching him?

That leaves PC Validus, who could be bfr'd at the least.

Thor beat Mangog with brute force (godblast, IIRC): he couldn't do it the way Surfer did. Yet Thor is "noble" enough to wield Mjolnir.
Wouldn't that suggest that the Surfer is noble enough to wield Mjolnir?

Eh I guess on a message bored it'd be viable, but if we were to discuss how it'd actually go down in the comics I doubt it'd come up.

If that's the real Mangog (the one who Odin erased) he solos this.

Against the team, they take 9/10. However Validus is a total moron and may accidently hit Mangog, thus causing that 1/10 loss.

It should be noted that Pc Validus was capable of overwhelming a team that included E1 Superboy, E1 Supergirl, E1 Wildfire and E1 Monel at various times (so at least two of them in any given encounter) plus any dozen or more legionaires.
