Nick Fury asks Punisher to track down a renegade cop Max Payne. Little do they both know that while Fury is giving Frank the breifing, Rosalee Carbone (who magically wasn't killed) has kidnapped Max's girl and wants him to take down Frank Caslte.
in the up coming event at the Carbone mansion, Frank and Max both are prepared to take the other down. both of them are hunting the other without knowing it.
