Ultimate GM was ridicolous, no fightning skills, just tought being big made him a threat, but Ultimate Cap is in every area superior to 616 Cap, not to mention being more ruthless and used to kill someone, but considering who is the Ult Pym, classic Cap would take this as well, with some more effort tough.

Taskmaster defeated those Giants quicker then U.Cap took out U.Giantman. So much for U.Caps feat of superiority among others.
Taskmaster is one of the worst people to compare feats with. Hes written so wonky that one week hes spanking 4+ Avengers and the next week Daredevil is whooping his ass. However I'll agree that Ult Cap has a lot of advantages over 616 Cap, but standard Cap should also win pretty easily, just in a different way. Ult Cap seemed more intent on getting in his face and slugging the a-hole.
