Strangelove
To keep my little "trademark" here at KMC, I think it high time to start getting people excited about films coming out in 2009. I was inspired to do this right now as I learned about the fact that the new Star Trek movie was moved to 2009. So here we go!

As a primer, I'll notify you that as the thread progresses, I use colors to note certain kinds of films. Blue means I, Strangelove, am interested in this movie. It's my thread, I get to do that. Green means that either the film is new to the list, or the release date has changed. Red means the title has changed in some way. Italics means that the film will be in limited release only. I also use (parentheses) when a film title has a comma in it and I don't want people to be confused.

Avatar does look promising. I'm waiting for James Cameron to release some pictures from it.

Impediment
As much as I love the idea of a Watchmen movie, I know that it will most likely end up a flop just like the rest of Alan Moore's adaptations.

Impediment
I found a cast listing at IMDB.

Billy Crudup as Dr. Manhattan? Hmmm........

Billy Crudup as Dr. Manhattan? Hmmm........ Jeffrey Dean Morgan was a really good choice at the comedian, I think. Jackie Earle Haley was also a good choice for Rorshach.
