Cartesian Doubt
Id have to side with Marvel in this debate; what with T.Bolts, Captain America, Dare Devil, Thor, Nova, X-Factor, the Mighty Avebgers, Incredible Hercules, New Universal, the Mighty Avengers etc. Marvel are simply producing far more quality at the moment.

Don't get me wrong I'm really enjoying the likes of Batman, Green Lantern, Checkmate, Allstar Superman, JSA but Marvel seem to be producing a lot more 'readable' books. I'm a looking forward to the crisis more than Sectret invasion, mainly because Grants at the wheel, but D.C. are having a detrimental effect producing all these tie ins.

LORD B
also good from marvel are
iron fist
the initiative
fantastic four
the order

willRules
DC has two or or three really good titles, a few okish ones and a large number of really naff ones.
Marvel has six or seven really good titles, a few okish ones and a large number of really naff titles yes

Soljer
The Immortal Iron Fist
The Initiative
Captain America
Nova
Thor
Green Lantern
Green Lantern Corps
JSA
Geoff Johns' upcoming Action arc

I think they're pretty equal for quality right now. Final Crisis looks to be way better than Secret Invasion, though.

WrathfulDwarf
I don't know...I only read DC.

Why immature? Here is what I buy from DC:

Batman
Detective Comics
Batman Confidential
Superman (I'm on a 3 year hiatus from the books)
The Atom
Green Arrow/Black Canary
Green Lantern
Green Lantern Corps
Catwoman (currently boycott)
The Spirit
Justice League of America
Justice Society of America
Booster Gold
Brave and the Bold
Jonah Hex
Simon Dark
All Mini and weekly titles like 52 and Countdown.

If comics cost $1.00 and Marvel was like it was in the 80s. I would be buying like crazy. It's not happening so...meh.

I'm enjoying Action as is, but I know Geoff Johns is a terrific writer, and will be great for brainiac.

Wil Pfeifer...long story short...can't stand his writing.

HueyFreeman
depends. I tend to vary in comic books. Lately though
Iron Fist
Thor
Regular Green Lantern (GL Corps has been bad ever since SC ended)
Incredible Hercules ( never expected it to be as good as it is)
Simon Dark (even though the last two issues have dragged a little)
Other than these none are striking me as awesome. Some decent ones include
Wolverine -current story
DONG is ok

Secret invasion seems to be suffering from the same issue as Annihilation conquest
nothing new has happened
terrible build up
still waiting for the villians plan.
