Dr. Doom vs Above mentioned league members
Victor was enrolled in Harvard, taking a course in super villany. He worked for months, and he finally had his thesis! His graduation was assured.
He went to the headmaster to present it.
Headmaster: So, what's this thesis of yours?
Victor: It's called, how to defeat the Justice League when their roster includes Superman, Batman, Flash, Atom, Aquaman, Hal Jordan, Wonder Woman, Green Arrow and Hawkgirl.
Headmaster: That's a mouthful.
He reviews it for a while.
Headmaster: This won't work, you idiot! First of, you rely too much on kryptonite in this plan, you underestimate Batman and you laugh off Hawkgirl as a legitimate threat!
Victor: It will work, you numbskull!
Headmaster: F**k off, von Doom!
Victro shoots headmaster and goes home to Latveria. He is later contacted by the Harvard institute. It was the not dead yet headmaster. But instead of suing Victor, he makes a bet that Victor can't kill the league. He gives Victor a year to plan, and says if Victor succeeds, he will be awarded his own book. Victor agrees and plans for a year.
He then departs for the DC universe, and appears in the Watchtower, where the league awaits.
