Kilowog. in my opinion if he lets go can take down someone like sentry.
plua if sentry is in character how long can he really be 'in control' ?

I have no idea, Sentry has never to my knowledge faced an energy manipulator as versatile as a GL, but since Monica Rambeau owned one in cannon I cannot put him under that.

Leaning towards Sentry, however he is never "in control".
