Which team wins this?

Team 7 actually, all the Band of Seven are all slow and shit, Sakura is physically stronger than all but maybe Kyokotsu, they are all more versatile, and more powerful overall than the Seven.

Naruto's team might have the speed edge but the Seven have a strength and durability edge.

Not really, Sakura is stronger than all but Kyokotsu. And if Naruto goes Nine Tailed...yeah.

Also, Team 7 has skills that most of the Seven can't match, and are far more versatile than most of them.
