Can Penance beat Thor-lite?

As of now, no. Penace has some decent power output, but no durability. If Doc Samson could laugh off a Penace shot, Thunderstrike can at least survive it long enough to kill Robby with a hammer toss.

Efficient or not, this is badass. 🙂
