Well, based on what Cable said, that Ultimate Apocalypse originally conquered Earth, it means he defeated everyone. We have to see more from him, tough, to judge.

honestly two members ARE mutants, which he can use as pawns aswell as take their powers. superspeed and probability control atop of his own power i think Apoc wins.
