Castle would have a hard enough time getting to the Kingpin, I seriously doubt he'd ever get Luthor in his sights. But he does leave nearly every one of Lex's guards dead.

He does have the satans claw which is powerful enough to hurt bricks in the class 80 range, im not sure what the extent of his powers are in that scan apprently he got his powers siwtched off by an EM pulse.

Enhanced speed, durability, strength, and heat vision. I doubt his powers were on the same level as someone like Superman, or even Donna Troy, but he was strong enough to shrug off a blow from Steel. And he could handle Natasha, who had fought Steel a few issues earlier.

Also, Lex has forcefields and teleportation built into that suit. That's just the basics compared to all the weapons and enhancements built into it.

Well I could be wrong but in terms of tactics I dont think you can prove it. In the civil war Cap decided to use Franks plan of attack instead of his own. Frank is one of the best tacticians in the MU.

Now my point wasnt that he wins because he has a device that can hurt Rhino, my point was that if he has that he could at least hurt him. Well Loki was going to kill a set of villains incluing the Kingpin and Kingpin escaped. Not only that in the civil war Cap decided to use his plans instead of his own, so Frank in terms of prep is as good as Cap, he loses probably because he doesnt have powerful enough equipment.
