Superman Prime, based on his showings, could give half of the other time a good fight at once.

Can he beat Tyrant

Yeah. Tyrant and Onslaught keep the Marvel team from being completely overrun, but Zoom really gives the DCers a good edge. Fight would be better if he were taken out and replaced for someone else.
