what batman knows - She can change shape into humanoid things. As is not bad at fighting and also a decent shot.

Mystique knows that batman - Its great h2h, has gadgets, works well under stealth, and is really smart (so she doesn't underestimate him).

Fight to the death MUHAHAHAH!

DAmn i didn't know the HF and the intangibility... hmmmm yeah maybe we just conveniently not allow anything u just said 😄 except for the claws and the body armor the other 3 might just push mystique way over the top.
