I guess another question I'd ask is: could Vision phase out of a FF?:

i'd say almost for certain that tony would have incorporated a defense against the vision into his armor (i'm sure there is proof of that . . . somewhere) tony is nothing if not thorough.

i'd say tony almost everytime.

Old school has owned Vision's phasing two times or so... if I remember correctly.
