I like Donna Troy but she isn't the Hulk. Hulk 10/10

She engaged a nazi JLA and defeated them only having to resort to kryptonite when she came to the Superman analog. She's also killed green martians before.

She's at least wonder woman level, but much more willing to kill.

I don't think she's got the durability to take WWH's gamma shit.

She can definitely take a lot of wins from the other ones, in my opinion.
