Seriously... so far Marcus has done nothing to be put on Overratin' Frank's level.

But, seeing as it is Punisher... he loses. 🙂

He thinks he's won... and then Marcus heals up after pushing the button, and chainsaws him, while Frank has no defense when he goes up close.
