This is not that simple to say auto Bats wins because or prep.

-Majestic is really good with his prep and tech, Zealot is a awesome warrior.
-Apollo and Midnighter has the carrier and doors to work with.
-Cap has the tactics down, Thor can get some Asgard stuff/Odin force
-Nighthawk is pretty damn smart also and he fought it out with Hyperion.

Majestic wins. Hes the most powerful phycially and the best with prep.

Really this match is made for him. He once created something in 2 seconds (twice he had to restart once) that was better than anything Bats ever made...or close I would think anyway.
