Annihilus vs Ikaris (h2h)

Annihilus has his Control Rod. He can't use it to blast or matter manip though.

Ikaris is allowed to amp. No blasts, etc.

Both are allowed to fly and stuff, but only physical attacks are allowed.

They fight in New York.

Who wins?

I think Annihilus could take this even without the rod. Only problem is that Ikaris could just keep healing, couldn't he?
