It was in 1996 that I began to say, after talking with a number of 'insiders', that China was destined to play a key role in the agenda for global dictatorship. Twelve years later the Dragon has stirred and its influence is gathering rapidly across the world on so many fronts.
This week, the CNN presenter Jack Cafferty caused outrage in the despicable Chinese regime when he said:
'I don't know if China is any different, but our relationship with China is certainly different. We're in hock to the Chinese up to our eyeballs because of the war in Iraq, for one thing. They're holding hundreds of billions of dollars worth of our paper.
We are also running hundreds of billions of dollars' worth of trade deficits with them, as we continue to import their junk with the lead paint on them and the poisoned pet food and export, you know, jobs to places where you can pay workers a dollar a month to turn out the stuff that we're buying from Wal-Mart.
So I think our relationship with China has certainly changed. I think they're basically the same bunch of goons and thugs they've been for the last 50 years.'
Which 'they' are.
And by 'they' I am not referring to the Chinese people in general, but to the goons and thugs who either run this deeply corrupt and sinister dictatorship or who support and defend it.
For a blatant combination of both goons and thugs look no further than the blue-tracksuits that surround the Olympic torch as it makes its pathetic way across the world en-route to the Chinese headquarters of thuggery and goonery, Beijing.
I cringe when Olympic athletes says they are carrying the torch for the 'Olympic ideal' when the whole Olympics 'movement' is the property of an elite cabal answering to their masters in the shadows. The Games go where the masters decide - China next and then London in 2012. It's a script playing out, not a sporting 'ideal'.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry, one of many 'Ministries of Truth' in this land of the soulless bureaucrat, condemned CNN's Cafferty for slandering China and its people and claimed that he, oh, yes, wait for this one .... 'seriously violated professional ethics of journalism and human conscience'.
That's like a serial killer condemning someone for spilling their tea. This is a regime that has no conscience, nor any soul.
This is a country that ensures the media says only what the government allows it to say and blocks much of the Internet to ban the population from accessing information at odds with the reality the goons and thugs impose upon the people.
Ironically, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu released her condemnation of journalistic 'ethics' via China's state-run Xinhua news agency. But she will not have noted the laughable contradiction. Robots don't do irony.
I mean, any blatant tyranny that can call itself a 'People's' Republic is either taking the piss or suffering from dementia. A combination of both, I would wager, because anyone who imposes the vicious control and rigidity of these Chinese zealots has long lost touch with my definition of sanity.
Ancient China was once a library of highly advanced knowledge compared with most of the rest of the world. Five thousand years ago they knew about the nature and workings of the human body, for instance, which, still today, mainstream medicine has not even begun to grasp. From this came acupuncture, which regulates the flow of chi energy in the meridian network, and many other forms of traditional Chinese healing.

In 1842 it agreed to the Treaty of Nanking in which Hong Kong was ceded to Britain and China was opened to 'trade' (occupation) by the European and American powers.
The British and French again defeated China in a second opium war in 1856 and the control deepened. The Chinese opened new ports for 'trade' (exploitation), the interior was opened to foreigners and Christians were given the right to spread their faith and own property. The United States and Russia gained the same privileges in separate treaties.

The British Prime Minister and Foreign Secretary, Viscount Palmerston, who dominated the British government from 1830 to 1865, orchestrated the campaign of war against China. He maintained a covert army of 'radicals' and terrorists to destabilise his target nations, so clearly nothing changes.
